Wayne has an extensive 35 year career in sales, marketing and manufacturing consumer products. Beginning with the very successful multi-national S.C. Johnson and Sons Company, Wayne quickly rose in management and after 8 years started his own sales agency, representing such well known companies as; Clairol, Jergens, Mobil Oil, Northland Fire Logs, and Northland Automotive Liquids, Panasonic Batteries, Dominion Tape, Tootsie Roll, Chap Stick, Sergeants Pet Products etc. The company also became the Canadian distributor for Garrity Flashlights, Cricket Lighters, Banana Boat and Malhotra Shaving Products. Subsequent opportunities led to opening a manufacturing branch for control and private label opportunities as well as gift baskets etc.
Vice President
Sharon Kirby works as a Vice President, Finance & Purchasing at Sante Manufacturing. She is key decision maker of the Sourcing Procurement team within the Finance Department and their management level is VP-Level. Sharon is currently based in Mississauga, Canada.
